2018 Annual Meeting Recap

 
Your Board of Directors and Management Team would like to thank everyone who was able to attend last night’s annual meeting.  Not only did we make quorum, we had an opportunity to discuss current events, address homeowner questions and notice upcoming meetings.

Congratulations to Michael Record and Greta Barradas who were re-elected to their positions of President and Vice President, respectively!  Thank you for volunteering to serve the community for another two year term – your service does not go unnoticed is and is very much appreciated.

You should have received an invitation to this Saturday’s homeowner get-together; please remember to RSVP so we know how many to plan and purchase supplies to feed!  We will also be publishing a Fall Newsletter – please submit any articles, photos or information you would like to see included no later than September 1st.  If you missed our Spring/Summer Newsletter, it is available on the website.

One correction I should make regarding the community website is that it is a free public facing site; as such, financials and homeowner information will not be published online.  If you would like to receive monthly financials or update your information to be included in the confidential homeowner directory (available to residents only!), please email me at janeholtz@classicpm.com.

Again – thank you to everyone who attended this year’s annual meeting; it was a pleasure meeting you all and I’m looking forward to partnering with your Board of Directors over the coming year to serve the community!
